Product delivery is by digital download only and is available immediately after payment is made.
Your download link will be valid for 7 days from the date of purchase with a maximum of 5 download attempts being allowed during this period.
Refunds
Every attempt has been made to ensure your product is described correctly however if you are not entirely satisfied then a refund can be requested when that request is accompanied by the original receipt and a statement that confirms that all occurances made of the product(s) have been deleted.
Obviously circumstances can vary and each will be considered on their individual merits.
